I contacted Pool Safety Inspector to obtain a Pool Safety Certificate as I am selling our home. They were at the house 9.30am the next day and conducted the inspection in a professional manner. Provided appropriate advice on pool safety. He identified a deficiency in the fence and outlined how to correct it so the certificate could be issued. Rod was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend his services.

Is your Pool Registered, Certified & Safe?

Pool Fencing and Barrier Safety Inspections

Rod offers Pool Inspection Services across Brisbane, Logan Shire, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Redland Bay and South East Queensland.

As an Unrestricted Pool Safety Inspector licence holder, Rod can, usually, carry out any necessary repairs whilst onsite, speeding up the process, saving you money and enabling him to issue a certificate immediately.  Alternatively, he can arrange to re-visit the site, free of charge, and have the issue resolved, providing a certificate at the completion of the necessary repairs.  This is a service that other inspectors will charge extra fees for.

It is important to Rod that your property is maintained by the latest legislation and current Queensland laws.  This not only keeps everyone safe around your pool, and it’s surrounding areas, but gives you piece of mind that you are adhering to all pool safety standards required by law.

Rod is Queensland compliant, certified, fully insured and is conscience about ensuring that he is continuously up to date on all current legislation and law updates.

What you can expect when you hire Pool Safety Inspector?

Rod’s Role

He will inspect your pool, and its surroundings, to determine whether it complies with the current Pool Safety Legislations.  If your pool and surroundings are deemed compliant, Rod will issue you with a pool safety certificate.

If it is established that this is not the case, Rod will issue a non-conformity notice.  If, depending on the circumstances, Rod is able to carry out the necessary work that is required to resolve the issue, he will do so, on the spot, free of charge.  He can also arrange for another suitable time to visit, if this is deemed necessary, for him to fix the issue.

Assurance

All Rod’s Pool Inspection Reports are written in a comprehensive way and onsite pictures are provided for guidance. He will walk you through the important items in the report and highlight any, and all, issues and safety concerns.
